Challenge

This project already had the clean space liner installed. The foundation had no exterior waterproofing or drainage system. Due to recent rains in the State of California the crawlspace had water intrusion.  

Solution

Excavation of existing crawlspace soil, Install perforated pipe subdrains with rocks, Install sump pump and ultra sump. Discharge line to drain away from site.
