Challenge

Customer contacted us through Basement Systems, he had couches, carpet, and personal belongings soaked due to an flood in his basement. He needed an alternative drainage system. James went to the customers property where their were multiple fans and other devices in an attempt to salvage his property.

Solution

James accessed the basement for the ability too incorporate an Interior/Exterior drainage plan. It consisted of Full Perimeter of Waterguard 75lf, 140lf drainage, surface drains, downspouts with a 20lf trench drain in his yard. Demo of an existing wall and excavate a sump pump pit for a sump pump system and back-up battery, with a 20 lf discharge line. Customer had his basement back in two weeks.
